NYE Dallas 2011 in West End Draws Capacity Crowd

Lines around the block signaled that NYE Dallas 2012 was the place to be for New Years Eve in Dallas. More than 1,600 revelers turned out for this pre-ticketed, sold out event produced by NYE Dallas and Jim Lee Events. Dallas Light and Sound created a stunning visual environment on two floors and in the VIP Area. With two DJs, a dancefloor, and ample VIP seating, event organizers threw the NYE party of the year at two historic West End spaces.

The event occupied the entire Starlight Room and took two floors of the historic West End Marketplace. Dallas Light and Sound provided all of the effect and event lighting for the West End Marketplace, with more than 40,000 square feet of event space on two floors. Concentrating on a blue theme on the entry floor and a red "Purgatory" lighting palette for the downstairs space, guests enjoyed an action packed evening with DJs spinning on both floors..

Jim Lee Events provided food throughout the evening for ticket holders, and designed a VIP lounge area with ample seating for select ticket holders. A kaleidoscope washed entry and wall washes helped set this space apart for these premium guests.

Sold out weeks before the door opened, all ticket sales were conducted online with promoters allocating 1,600 tickets for guests. With such exceptional response in 2011, the 2012 party promises to be even larger!
